Managed Insurance Billing

8% of the full allowable insurance contracted rate.

*For example: If your session rate is $150 but your insurance panel compensates you $136.08 for your session ($116.08 to be paid from insurance and a $20 copay to be paid by the client.), Circle will charge you a fee of 8% of the insurance allowable rate of $136.08.
